Romeo NEVER got word. Paris IS an idiot. And Juliet WAS a fool of love.
The letter I sent to Romeo in Mantua, never reached him. Instead he heard that Juliet was dead. He showed up at the tomb with poison and told Balthasar to stay outside. Paris came in and told Romeo to leave. Romeo killed Paris, and then himself. I walked in and Juliet awoke. She refused to come away with me, when I told her that someone was coming. So I left. She killed herself with Romeo's sword. I was asked my side of the story; they believed me because Romeo wrote letters to his father as well. We also found out that Ms. Montague died of a broken heart, as Romeo was banished.
I feel horrible because I could have prevented all of this.
The Capulet’s and Montague’s have made up, and now they are friends.
WHY COULDN'T THEY DO THIS SOONER?
